How do I upgrade my Peer Network account?

You can upgrade your Peer Network subscription by following these steps:

  • Log into your Account.
  • Click on “Upgrade Account” in the top, right-hand corner.
  • At the bottom of the screen, select the plan you want to upgrade to (Gold—$79.95 or Platinum—$129.95).

How do I stop auto renewals?

The Peer Network subscription will automatically renew annually. If you do not want to be charged annually, you must downgrade your account to Silver before your renewal date.

Where can I find my renewal date?

Your subscription renewal date can be found under My Account in the Peer Network. You will find your subscription plan, fee, and renewal date under the Peer Network Subscription section.

Where can I get a receipt for my subscription?

Your subscription invoice can be found under My Account in the Peer Network. Toward the bottom of the page, you will find the invoice date and the amount charged. You will also have the option to download a PDF of your receipt. Please note, you will still have a receipt even if you have a Silver subscription, which is free.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can downgrade your account at any time by clicking on My Account and selecting the Silver plan.

How can I downgrade my Peer Network subscription?

You can downgrade your subscription to the free Silver subscription by following these steps:

  • Log into your Account
  • Click on “My Account” in the top, right-hand corner.
  • At the bottom of the screen, under “Downgrade Account,” select the plan you want to downgrade to (Silver—$0 or Gold—$79.95).

You will need to downgrade prior to your renewal date, which is displayed under “My Account.”
