The Best Practices for Handling Hazardous Drugs Course will begin at 8:00 am on Thursday, August 27th and will run through Friday, August 28th at 12:45 pm. This registration is for the Hazardous Drug Training Class ONLY. Immediately following the Core Skills Training, the Best Practice for Handling Hazardous Drug class will teach best practices and requirements including the USP Chapter that is relevant to all aspects of handling hazardous drugs (HDs) and is appropriate for medical, nursing and pharmacy workers. Understanding this information will allow users to develop and implement best work practices NOW while they work to future-proof their facility for performing both non-sterile and sterile HD handling.
