Immediately following the Best Practices for Nonhazardous Sterile-to-Sterile Compounding Training, the Best Practice for Handling Hazardous Drug class will teach best practices and requirements including the USP Chapter that is relevant to all aspects of handling hazardous drugs (HDs) and is appropriate for medical, nursing, and pharmacy workers. Understanding this information will allow users to develop and implement best work practices NOW while they work to future-proof their facility for performing both non-sterile and sterile HD handling.
